The shipping timeline listed above are only estimations and do not include weekends and holidays. Empire Perfumes is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.
All orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario and customers can get an accurate timeline of the shipping and delivery by tracking their shipment via email which includes the tracking information for the order.
All shipping fees displayed during checkout are non-refundable. Please verify you've correctly selected the shipping method of preference before you submit for payment.
Delivery Attempts
The shipping carrier (i.e. Canada Post) will make one delivery attempt to the address provided. If you are not home, the parcel will either be left at your door (if your order is less than $99) OR a notice will be left at your door to pickup the parcel at a designated local postal office or shipping carrier specified on the notice.
The package will be returned back to us by the shipping carrier after several failed delivery attempts or if an incorrect address was provided by the customer during checkout.
We will then provide you with a refund and subtract the shipping cost both ways from the refund amount once the package has been returned to us.
Can I Change My Order?
If your order has not been processed and you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, we may be able to adjust an incorrectly submitted information regarding your order such as your shipping address, billing information, item, size, quantity OR cancel your order.
Please email us at: info@empireperfumes.com with the subject "Order Change" Or "Cancellation" as soon as possible and we'll make every effort to accommodate your request!
If the order has already been processed for shipment, we will not be able to change any information on an existing order. We also cannot cancel orders after they’ve been processed. We are also no longer liable for the order once it has been shipped and the insurance will be null and void.
We can only successfully provide an address change or issue a refund when we re-receive the order by the shipping carrier.
- If the shipping carrier successfully re-sends the package back to us, you will be required to pay for an additional address change fee as well as the shipping cost to the correct address.
- If the shipping carrier successfully re-sends the package back to us, and you have changed your mind, we will provide you with a refund and subtract the shipping cost both ways from the refund amount.
If your order is deemed missing or lost as a result of an incorrect address entry and we do not receive the package, we will NOT be able to issue a refund.
All our products are inspected prior to delivery to ensure they are not damaged. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged products.

My Order Has Not Arrived
Orders will typically be delivered within the approximate shipping time depending on the region but delays caused by the carrier company are out of our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier company. For more information on determining the status of your package, use the tracking information you received in your order email or contact the carrier company directly. You can also send us an email and we will be happy to look into it for you.
Item No Longer In Stock
In rare cases when an item runs out of stock after your order is placed, we will send you an email as soon as possible and provide you with a full refund. If multiple items are ordered and an item(s) is out of stock, we will still process and ship your order and provide you with a full refund for the item(s) out of stock.
