We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once the 7 days are up, we can no longer initiate a return and refund.
To be eligible for a return and refund your item must be
- Unused / Never Sprayed
- In its original packaging (this includes the plastic seal/wrapping)
- In the same condition that you received it
- Item purchased is NOT a Tester or Unboxed fragrance
How to Request a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us directly from your order details page that you were emailed.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. A return label will be generated by us to facilitate this process, but the cost of the label will be subtracted from the refund amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that any returns made must be shipped in the same box that it was received in.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item received is the wrong item, so that we can fix the issue and make it right.
All of our products are inspected prior to delivery to ensure they are not damaged. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged products.
We are not responsible for your item once you have picked it up, if the item breaks while in your possession, we will not issue a refund.
We are not responsible for any reformulation changes from the perfume brands, which have resulted into change of scent, bottle and the packaging.
Return shipping costs will be paid by Empire Perfumes for all cases where the ordered product is the wrong item sent. For other cases (e.g. you changed your mind), you will be responsible for this cost.
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
- Unboxed Fragrances

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 days. Please note that the initial shipping cost to the order address and the shipping cost to return the item back to us will be deducted from the overall amount.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
