SHIPPING

Empire Perfumes ship all orders from Hamilton, Ontario to most provinces of Canada. We currently do NOT ship outside of Canada.

Most in-stock orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours during Monday-Thursday. Orders placed on Friday before 12pm EST are typically shipped the same day, while all other orders after 12pm EST on Friday to Sunday are shipped on Mondays.

The shipping timeline suggested during checkout are only estimations and do not include weekends and holidays. Empire Perfumes is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Customers can get an accurate timeline of the shipping and delivery by tracking their shipment via email which includes the tracking information for the order.
